The EU designated 46 additional critical raw-material projects as Strategic Projects, bringing the total to 106. While the status may streamline permitting and attract investment, it does not guarantee approvals, financing, environmental compliance or production. Success will depend on commercial viability, credible evidence, local acceptance and measurable supply outcomes through 2030.
